Medium Voltage feeder protection

Is there any requirements for a medium voltage feeder (13.8 kV) into a building to have any additional protection? The overcurrent fused switch is outside of the building, so the MV feeder will run inside the building for about 100ft and land in a transformer. Can this feeder be run above the ceiling in EMT or RGC without any additional precautions besides labeling the conduit as containing medium voltage?

I have seen it done before and I'm not aware of any code violations. In fact, I wired a 1.5M square Ft warehouse about 20 years ago that had MV run through the bar joists in some kind of MC cable, dropping down to substations throughout the building.

GRC would be the best choice for safety.
