Medium Voltage Feeders in the same conduit

This is likely an easy one for those with a lot of medium voltage experience. I have two 5KV single phase feeders in one switchgear enclosure that I need to route to two different pieces of distribution equipment. Can they be run in the same conduit along the common path? This is an exterior application, circuits will be run in ductbank and manhole system. I see nothing in the NEC forbidding it but wanted to double check with other people in the industry.

Nothing prohibits it. But the derating factors for having more than three current-carrying conductors in the same raceway will come into play.

Will they be on the same phase, or different phases?

300.35 may come into play if they are the same phase.

Are they shielded?

Thanks all. Different phases and shielded. They'll be feeds to two different transformers to step power down to 240V. The secondary will feed equipment shelters.
