I was looking at a one-line diagram today of an exisitng system. 13.2Kv from the pole to some outdoor 15Kv Sw.Gear (incoming metering cubicle feeder - tie feeder - main) the second main is currently not utilized and the tie closed. My question is the feeder load break has a 400A fuse and utilizes 3-1/C-500Kcmil with concentric neutral, to a loop of pad mounted distrubtion transformers (13.2-480Y/277V). My question is the concentric neutral acts as the equipment ground conductor (correct/incorrect)? and then you have the phase conductors. So the 13.2Kv system is ungrounded correct?
