Campus loop through man-holes. One of the taps is ran 150’ to a transformer. Does there need to be a disconnect right at the medium voltage tap or can it be near the transformer? It meets the requirements of unlimited outdoor taps but that requirement is for 600V. I can’t find anything for taps 1000v and above.
