medium voltage??? around here thats high voltage and where i am from you need a special license to work on that stuff.
What kind of training are you looking for? You want to work on it? theres the Southeast lineman training center in Georgia.

I think his question may be more design related. If it is, the IEEE Red Book is a good start. Other ?Color Series? are also recommended.
