Medium Voltage transformer grounding

Hi I am working on project involving 4kv Primary delta/ 208V, 120V Y secondary transformer. What type of grounding we normally use for the Transformer secondary in this kind of transformer. Will it be solid grounding or high resistance grounding required?

For a 208Y/120 secondary solid grounding is the most common method.

That is a very common configuration for a commercial occupancy and as mentioned by Infinity, it would be solidly grounded.
If there were any 120V loads from that transformer secondary, it would have to be solidly grounded since resistance grounding is not permitted for line-neutral loading.
