Gentleman/Ladies,
What would the TOTAL estimated project cost (best guess) be for installing a medium voltage vfd on a 1500 hp, 4160 volt, outdoor motor? The current motor is not inverter duty. The application is an I.D. fan on a lime kiln. Best guess on enclosure, line feeds, etc. Some quotes I'm getting back are in the 200k range, however, some trusted colleagues are telling me that is close to a million dollar project when everything is factored in. Thoughts? Thanks
