Without getting into all the details i have been told that it is required by code to conduct insulatiom resistance testing whenever an electrician is troubleshooting a circuit (s) and no cause has been found. Would meggering be under standarx of care? This is one of those of pointing fingers. I say there is no specific code requirement. Howt do you gents feel. Thank you. Stay safe
