Meg Testing NMB

Hi All,
I?m in need of some help here. I received a call from a home owner who received a RED Tag on his house. The red tag was for not having a license electrical contractor wire his house and now the house is completely sheet rocked. The inspector wants every branch circuit Megger. What is the proper what to test 14-2 thru 10-3 NMB rormex?

Isolate the neutrals/ground conductors at the panel. (Disconnect them)
Disconnect any and all loads.
Check at a low voltage setting all conductors to minimize possible damage to any electronic equipment you might have missed.
Typical test should be one minute each.
Document everything.
Record temperature and humidity.
Megger/resistance test/over potential test at 1000 VDC.
A Calibrated meter should be utilized

Two wire circuit
Black to White
Black to Ground
White to Ground


Multi-wire
Black to White
Black to Red
Black to Ground
Red to White
Red to Ground
White to Ground
