Does anyone know of any issues with performing a megger test on a spliced feeder to test integrity of both the splice and conductors? 600V, 2000ft, 600kcmil feeder.

That's a relatively long run but should not be a problem. Make sure all ends are isolated from the equipment and ground the conductors before and after the tests. because of the capacitance build up.
Test at 1 KV for 1 minute. Hopefully you will get several meggohms.
The old Westinghouse rule of thumb is 1 meggohm per 1 KV system voltage (minimum.)

Is this in a metal raceway? PVC? Direct burial?

To perform the test properly, connect together and ground all the conductors that share a raceway with the conductor under test.

I agree with ATS apply 1kV for 60 seconds. The NETA minimum is 2MΩ for an in-service cable.
