when megging single phase 480 primary 240 secondary transformers only on the primary side phase to ground should read 5 or megaohms better.is this true

are sure this 480 primary is single phase? Ive seen more of a 3 phase 480, but not single phase.

Very common.

Primary to ground, secondary to ground (with neutral ground bond lifted/isolated) primary to secondary.
