I do primarily industrial maintenance (have done some resi and commercial) so this isn't my specialty but I'm looking for some input/advice from some of you. My parents built a 40x60 metal building with a 20x30 stick framed building inside. Will be running a 125A sub panel to the building which won't have anything too fancy, general receps, a welding outlet, lighting, etc. Would I be better off using conduit or mc cable? I think conduit simply for the neat look, ability to add future circuits as well as run multiple circuits in one conduit. Any advice would be appreciated

I was planning on running a rack along the ceiling and branching off as needed with mc running down to outlets and from j-boxes to the lights. Not really a fan of mc along the side girts but i guess it would save $$?
