Anyone know what could cause a fairly new (20 units) MH 70watt track fixture in a retail store to turn off and not come back on unless you turn off the power and back on.
The manufacturer told us that it's a lamp or ballast.
This happens occasionally to each fixture. The lamps have been changed and the problem persists.
The problem is that the fixtures are about a year in service and have been doing this from day one. They keep complaining about having to turn the circuit of and back on. I did not but these the corperate operations did.
The fixures are Amerilux. and Con-tec track.
