Metal Hole Hawg Case

I just purchased a new 1676-6 Hole Hawg with the plastic case but it does not allow you store the Hole Hawg when the handle is perpendicular to the tool. The old metal cases did. Any ideas on where I can purchase the old metal style cases?

for 30 pack of Busch.

If you're referring to the Hawg - not the SuperHawg - the smaller 40MM ammo can fits just right.

I also prefer the metal case for my Hole Hawg but have had no luck in finding them. The last 2 that I bought came with plastic cases. I used my dremel tool to make a cutout for the handle in the case.

That's what I will probably have to do too. I have looked everywhere and even talked to the reps at Milwaukee. No luck so far. I just keep thinking there are a couple of them sitting on a shelf in the back of some warehouse.

Might start searching eBay, they are a source for odd/ discontinued items, I use them at times for parts for Rockwell / Delta machinery, which are mostly discontinued....

For sure. A customer of mine found some oddball fans & other hood parts on E Bay.
