Metallic wall sconces over an indoor pool

Metallic wall sconces are installed 9'6" above the water level and 3' from the inside wall of the pool. The circuit serving these is GFCI protected per 680.22(B)(2). Are these metallic wall sconces required to also be bonded per NEC 680.26(B)(7)?

If I'm reading 680.26(B)(7) correctly, they must be bonded.

If it's metallic and within 5' of the water, it must be bonded.

If your not sure, I would bond it anyway.

Hope that pool room has a de-humidification system, otherwise everything in that room will rot from the humidity which in turn may compromise your bonding.

if practical you could guard (glass / plastic) the metal (sconces) from contact or change to a non metallic fixture
