I have a "quasi-residential" installation that requires upgrading from 120/240VAC single phase to 120/240VAC 3 phase. The utility is going to provide a 4 wire, wild leg feed to the meter base. We need to replace the old meter base transfer switch (GenerLink) with a new meter base, service rated 3 phase device. Can't seem to find one.

Has anyone ever seen one of these and if so can you point me to a potential manufacturer?

Thanks in advance.

Jack, welcome to the forum! :)

There are plenty around. Asco and Generac come to mind.

Who's generator will you be using?

Where in Richmond are you? I'm very familiar with hi-legs.

Larry,

Thanks for the feedback.

However, at the time, I was looking for a "meter base" transfer switch.

The client currently has a meter base mounted transfer switch that is 240/120 single phase.

I have since learned that these are not a good idea and that such an animal does not exist for 240/120 3 phase service.

We plan to install a automatic/manual transfer switch adjacent to the meter as you suggest in your post.

By the way, I am in Portland, Oregon.

Cheers!
