Here's a simple one, I don't think its a NEC issue but possibly a building code issue. In a residential apartment complex, do residents need access to the circuit breaker supplying thier apartments? If want to make an electric meter room with all the house meters and disconnect switches and perhaps a house panel in the same room. But this room can't be accessabe to everyone. Would it be sufficient if the circuit trips, the tenant would go to the 24 hour office and have them open the door and reset the breaker?
