meter/disconnect; service or feeder?

Im tapping into an existing 1200 A multi-meter center to feed a combination milbank meter main/breaker unit. Is the connection from the multi-meter center to the new meter unit considered a feeder? IM confused as to what to call the wires on the line and load side of the new meter/combo unit.

The milbank unit is located adjacent to the multi-meter center (within 10 ft).
