meter main to house main

I am having new service installed from the utility to my property. They will provide overhead service to a pole with a meter and main that I will provide located 100 ft from the transformer. I will feeding a 100 amp breaker at the house located approximately 180 ft from the meter main.

In calculating the distance and voltage drop do I start from the meter main or the utility transformer.
