Meter pan bonding

If I run RNC from the meter pan to the service entrance panel, do I have to run a ground conductor or can I bond the meter pan to the neutral per 250.92(B)(1)?

Bond to the grounded conductor in front of the service equipment. If you run a grounding conductor, you will be in violation of 310.4.
