Meter pulling tool advice needed.

Anybody ever use one of these or similar? What is the best meter pulling tool? I never pull under load but would like something that provides mechanical advantage. Sometimes those meters are stubborn.

I have one of there on my truck that I use quit often. It does not have any other mechanical advantage than me.

A lineman from the serving utility company.

I always have used one and I have never worried about getting hurt doing so. Works great IMO.

On a single family overhead service that would cost me $400.00 per occurrence.

Bummer. POCO here and in VA does it for free.

It does get incorporated into my price, as although there are many contractors on local POCO's approved disconnect/reconnect program, not all are and they would have to pay.

I can get it free too, if I'm willing to make an appointment for a Tues or a Thursday a week from now. They'll tell me they will be there by 8 and show up at 10:30. And if I'm not ready for a reconnect by 4pm, HO is gonna be without power overnight.
