So I have customer who’s meter socket is bad, Customer currently has a 100amp service. Can I replace meter socket with 200 amp bypass meter socket. Trying to find in code in book if this was good to do, if anyone can point to the right direction I surely appreciate it. Around here the bypass lever is needed.

Meters are not required by the NEC, unless used for internal billing. The cash register, er meter, requirements are set by your POCO. They may have a customer handbook, see if they have one.
IMO you could replace 100 with 200 amp, if lugs are rated for size of wire. Are you under the 2020 NEC and do you need to comply with 230.85?
