Meter-stacks and trough

I have the following:

1. 1200A main breaker meter stacks with 37 meters and 200A or 175A breakers over 6 feet long feeding dwelling units panelboards.

2. 3000A main breaker feeding bus or cable in trough which then is tapped with 10 fused disconnects ranging from 200A to 1000A. From main breaker to the last fused disco over 6 feet wide.


What is considered large equipment NEC 2017 section 110.26(c)(2) #1,#2? Why or why not?

The code section tells us what large equipment is.
1. Is the equipment rated 1200 amps or more and over 6 ft wide, yes or no?
2. Same, yes or no?

#1 would probably be assembled in sections into one large piece of equipment over 6' in width. A wireway with several disconnects is not the same thing.
