Meter tap device as a method to double tap load side of meter

I looked at this a few years ago and can't remember where I found it in code.... my application is to use a interbase adapter with a 6' liquid tight flex conduit to a panel. I've done the calculations for AIR and 10,000 of the breaker I'm using is sufficient. I just need to know the code that applies to this 6' unfused feeder. Any idea? It will be feeding a main panel for temporary power.
