I'm working on a 3 family building.... one apartment is the owner, the other 2 are rentals. there's also common areas. I'm giving each of the 3 units their own meter. is one allowed to place the common area loads onto the owner's meter, or should those loads be on their own 4th meter?

you need a 4th meter, 210.25

I have a similar situation! You need to check that you need 4 meters! Hope this helps me too
