Method to provide battery backup to retrofitted 4' LED tube

In the process of retrofitting 4' fluorescent T-8 fixtures by wiring 120v directly to tombstones, and using quality LED tubes with internal drivers. Ballasts are bypassed. I need someway to provide power to certain fixtures by installing some type of emergency battery setup in the fixture. I know there are T-8 LEDs that can be run on existing fluorescent ballasts, but I would like to get rid of all fluorescent ballasts. Anyone know of a quality 4' T-8 LED tube that contains it's own battery backup? How about a quality battery backup unit to mount in fixture?

The regular fixture based backup typically run with a ballast.

A central lighting inverter will put out 120V if you need it.
