Metric to AWG Conversion

All,

I am new to this type of work excuse me if my question seems to simple to ask.

Where can I find a conversion table or formula set to convert Metric Wire Sizes to AWG?

I have looked and found some tables in the NEC, internet etc. Just wondering if there is a Holy Grail of some sort out there.
