Metrosonic voltage recorder

I recently purchased a single phase voltage recorder without software.I thought it would be a simple task to get the software from Meger(the company that bought metr.)but its not!Does any know of any contacts that might have the software for a metrosonic single phase voltage recorder model # rv201-300-004-01.Or any manuals?Thanks

i have two metrosonics dataloggers and associated c.t's up to 4000 amps----three phase--600 volt. and have had meggar work on them a few times. they seem to have the know how and personnel to service this equipment and should be able to provide you the software. there are a few people at meggar you need to reach in order to get this information. they aren't cheap--thats for sure. but metrosonics is very user friendly equipment---i have used it for about 15 years...............
