Do you need to use a grounding bushing with a meyers hub if they contain service conductors?

Being myers hub is not the issue , concentrics is
No concentrics involved. Then I'm ok?
If you are terminating a service raceway, to a meyers hub, that terminates in its own knockout, then you are required to bond the raceway in accordance with 250.92(B).
A grounding bushing is not necessarily required. A bonding type locknut, a bushing with a bonding jumper, or other listed means may be substituted.
I'm talking about a meyers hub into the top of a raintight troff(no concentric KO's), and pvc connectors out of the meyers hub. So you say I need a grounding bushing on the meyers hub connector? I always thought the serated locknut thats on the meyers hub provided adequate bonding, since it digs into the enclosure when tightened.
I was not going to address this, trying to stay with 250.92, but...is a metallic Meyers hub permitted to be installed with a PVC raceway?

But now you have the question about bonding the metal part of the sealing washer

This is a service raceway, there will be no EGC at this point in the system.Got a question. Why are you worrying about the hub being a suitable bond? if PVC is coming into the hub, you still need an EGC or sre you worrying about the hub itself being bonded?

Is the sealing ring is list to be used with PVC TA? Thomas and Betts show it for use with RMC and IMC. Sealing locknuts are the same too.

Along the same lines is this from IAEI that says, "All hubs are intended for use with threaded conduit, not fittings."

Interesting though is the brochure for T&B raintight EMT fittings shows it enter a hub on a rain tight box and a bell box. I know a Myers Hub is tapered thread, I would think a hub as shown and a bell box would would be tapered to.
I know the article is a little old but I would think it is still valid.
