MH video on A/C unit talking MCA and MOCP?

I feel like I’ve seen a video by Mike that is explaining how to size wire for A/C units (mini-splits, etc)?
I’m having a hard time explaining to coworkers the concept of using the nameplate to size the wire and OCPD.
I think if I could find a link to that video it would help out.
