MI Cable versus Vitalink 2 HR Rated MC

Anyone have experience installing one over the other? Think 2HR MC would be a lot easier. For MI cable the ground is obtained by the sheath and 2 Hour MC gets the ground from the armor? Not sure if it has a full size ground like other MC. Thanks.
