just wanted to know if ohms law formula wheel is provided at the test?ive had my journeymans since 2001 and i thought it was on the cover of mi part 8 when i took that test.

The ohms law formula wheel is not on or in the Michigan Electrical Code Rules Part 8. The last two guys that work for me took the exam about two years ago and at that time you had to have a clean code book (not tagged or highlighted) , and you could use an approved caculator. If you remember I=E/R and P=IxE you don't need the wheel.

Mike Holt's website sells a nice watch, and the ohms law wheel happens to printed on the face of it. Nearly every state will allow you to bring in a "timepiece" to track your time.
