Per 705.12 (D), extra rules are required to be followed if you have a utility interactive inverter.

Some microtubrines do not have inverters, therefore, would the rules of 705.12 (D) not apply? If you are feeding power backwards towards the utility, why does 705.12 (D) only apply to inverters?

Taking a wild guess ('cause I don't have anything else to do at the moment), the microturbine probably falls under 705.12 (B). Others here will probably have the deep skinny on this.
