Ive got a pair of his "Worlds' Best" toner & probe. They seem to work better than most sets I've seen in the field.

Yes. I buy most of my phone gadgets from Sandman, and I've got two videos. One is called 'installation secrets' and I forget what the other one is called. They're low-budget, for sure, but packed with neat info.
