I’ve got an application where the customer says he’s controlling each of his field lighting pole lights with its own 480 volt 3 phase 80amp breaker. Breakers are beginning to fault. I’m looking for simplest modification to switch with disconnects or lighting contactor/ control box on poles.
any specific recommendations

What do you mean by the breakers are beginning to fault?

Sounds like the CB's are failing because they're being used as switches. How many 3 pole 80 amp CB's are involved?
