Is it acceptable by code to bring in 600V, 120/208, and 115VAC 400Hz all into one enclosure for control purposes? This enclosure is designed to house safety contactors that will be operated by push buttons on the enclosure door.

Yes, so long as all the conductors have insulation systems rated for the highest voltage within the enclosure. Reference NEC 300.3(C)(1).

Welcome to the forum.

Take a look at 300.3(C)(1).

If you have a class 2 or 3 control circuit take a look at 725.136(A) (2008 NEC) or 725.55(A) (2005 NEC)
