I had a Milwaukee M18 hi cap battery fail and it was under warranty. I sent if pre-paid Fed Ex on 2/10/15 and got the battery back today, no charge.
That's great service!
FYI, I keep all my receipts, and date the battery on the bottom.
I am impressed with Milwaukee tools, I have one of the battery shop vacs, I use it a lot. Some of my co-workers have the heated jackets.

Many years ago I have the trigger on my super sawsall fail out of warranty. Needles to say I was disappointed. But, I took it in to the Milwaukee repair facility and the fixed it at no charge.
Even though I don't think their tools are as good as they used to be it is great to know that they still stand behind their products.

Had two M12 batteries fail, used the prepaid shipping label & they were replaced & returned quickly or about as quick as FedEx can ship from Milwaukee's Anaheim service center to the mid Sacramento Valley. Can't complain about their warranty service.
