Can you use mineralac straps to strap 3 mc cables together to unistrut?

Sure, why not? Some will get picky about a listing, but MC cable supports are not required to be listed.

Many here will argue in that direction, so be ready for that. Personally I have no issue with it at all.

I would have had second thoughts, but if all I had were minis on the truck and no black cable ties it would be a done deal, now that someone opened my eyes.

NEC 2017 330.30.A Type MC cable shall be supported and secured by staples; cable ties listed and identified for securement and support; straps, hangers, or similar fittings; or other approved means designed and installed so as not to damage the cable.

Looks like only cable ties need to be specifically listed. And, your hangers are on the list.

You might want to watch out for "bundling" them though if there are more than 3 current carrying conductors.

There is an exception in 310.15(B)(3) that allows up to twenty CCC for MC before derating.
