Minimum aisle spacing

What is the minimum aisle distance between two 600V AC/DC or less live panels facing eachother in a closed container, such as a trailer, when: 1: the panels are 'hot' and, 2; when the panels are de-energized. The normal arrangement is an un-manned trailer. However, there may be occassion for troble shooting or visual conditions while the panels are hot>

The working space requirements are located in 110.26(A) of the NEC.

The working space distance is based on the voltage of the equipment and the type of surface that is directly oppsite the equipment.
