Could you please recommend a regulation for the minimum clearance distance between energized overhead lines and buildings.
Which is the allow minimum distance to 13.8 KV ?

As a utility power engineer, you should be familiar with the NESC. Don't forget the conductor blowout when doing the calculations. If you don't work in the area of distribution, check with one of the distribution engineers. :D

I've always been interested in finding some simple equation(s) for conductor displacement due to wind. How do you do it? I hear Allen Clapp, of NESC Handbook fame, has a method, but I've never seen it.
