Minimum cover requirement for MV ductbank

Hello everyone...
I have a situation where we have 500ft of conduit (13.8KV cables) run between two manholes. The depth we are running the cables are at 30". However, there was a water line in the way that we have to offset our conduits to miss the water pipe which we will have only 15" of cover at the offset location then it will go back to the original depth. These conduits are encased in concrete. What is the minimum depth we can have for these MV cables? Is this a code violation to have a section of the ductbank at 15"?
I could not find anything in the code talks about minimum cover for MV lines..

Depends on the nature of the conduits and the nature of what is above them (e.g., a building, or a roadway, etc.). Start with table 300.50.
