minimum cover requirements

I'm looking at the "free access" 2017 Code online and looking at Table 300.5 for cover requirements. This table only shows over 1000 volts. My hard copy Code book has the whole table. Is that the reason it's free or am I missing something?

T300.50 is for over 1000 volts.

Thanks. I kept looking in the same chapter for "Conductors for General Wiring" instead of "General Requirements for Wiring".
My Bad. Sorry Online is not as easy as the book sometimes. Thanks
