Minimum height

Hey installing 2 ATS I was going to install a gutter underneath service disconnects and ATS. Problem is there isn’t much space to work with. The gutter(troulf) will be 5” off finish grade. Can’t find anything in code about minimum height. Will be clear tapping to hit both ats for generator. Any opinions?

No min height generally, except for mobile home service disconnects 2 ft min

That’s what I thought. On a house. No flood zone.
