Minimum Mounting Height

What is the minimum height that electrical items can be mounted above grade (receptacles, panelboards). We have some Mini-Power Zone units that we are showing mounted to strut at grade. The owner is concerned about snow accumlation.

Don't have a code book handy...but somewhere in Art. 200 or maybe 220 it is mentioned....gotta look for that book...

Edit to add: I need that book more then I thought...look in 312 and 314

There is no minimum height... if your concerned, pick a height that doesn't concern you anymore...

The only minimum height requirement that I know of is in Art 555 mobile homes for service equipment, which is 2 feet.
