Minimum Receptacle Height AFF

Where equipment in a commercial kitchen are installed in the middle of the room, and are being serviced by gas and electrical from the floor, what is the minimum height of receptacles. The installation consists of stubbing a single 3/4" rigid conduit up through floor and mounting a single hub FS box atop the conduit for a receptacle. How high must the receptacle be AFF?

don’t believe there is a minimmune height In NEC, could be one in the plans.

The minimum height would depend on the shortest length you could make your RMC elbow.

That's why I'm here. I couldn't find anything on it. I'm very surprised you can lay a box flat on it's side on the floor of a restaurant and the receptacle would be an inch AFF.

They make recessed floor boxes that are flush. Thats even deeper than a 4 square on the floor.

The box regardless of it's height above the floor needs to be listed for the environment that it's in. If it's in a wet location then it needs to be a wet location box.
