What is the minimum service size(in amperes) that can be installed for a non residential building? I have a stand alone garage that is being left on a piece of property and the house is being demolished. The garage originally fed from the house at 120/240V 1 phase 40 amp. Is this governed by the poco or by the code? I know the min for a dwelling is 100A, but don't know about an indv building. Thanks.

Around here, a 100A "all in one" can't be be beat for a cheap service, try to put the parts together on your own for less money.

I take it an "all in one" is a combo meter can and panel combined as 1 unit.

Yup, metering compartment for UG or OH, main breaker & distribution section, this is a 100A model.

I doubt anyone could assemble the parts & pieces cheaper.

That depends what country they are in:happyyes:

Some customers that think they are going to supply all materials also think it is possible:rant:
