What is the minimum size of Grounded Service Conductors that a Distribution Utility should provide? Is there a table of required ampacity for Grounded Service Conductor?

Are you asking about the service drop from the utility, or the service feeder from the meter to the panel? The utility conductors are much smaller than what the NEC requires past the meter.

The utility does what they want and it is not part of the NEC requirements. Even the ungrounded conductors from the utility are not as large as we are required to use
