Minimum Size Service Entrance Conductor

What is the minimum size individual service-entrance conductors to a building which requires a 2,400/4, 160V primary service?

I am not an expert in over 600 volts, but a couple things come to mind here.

1. The type of cable rated for the voltage is likely only available in certain minimum size

2. Just like under 600 volts the conductor still likely needs an ampacity at least equal or greater than the calculated load.

One also kind of has to assume there is likely a significant amount of KVA involved otherwise less than 600 volt service would likely be preferred. That said a 50 amp conductor @ 4160 three phase would be able to supply about 360 KVA. With that kind of KVA most would prefer a 480 volt service or even 208 or 240. I'm sure the less than 600 volt gear would cost much less.
