Take your best guess
It really said 7500 kw. Or did it say 7500w
It did ask VA on 2
No voltage listed on 3
House hold or other on 4

I will take a guess

1= #14 wire
2=398880va x 1.25 for continuous load 498600
3=3 circuits to balance the single phase heaters
4=156kw

I am sure I got them all wrong LOL

I'm sure it was 7.5 kw
7500/480/1.733 x 1.25 90 degree c collum. It's asking wire only. Unless it mentions a termination tempature.

Max allowed is 60 amp overcurrent protective device with 48 amp load for a water heater

422.11(F) Electric Heating Appliances Employing Resistance-Type
Heating Elements Rated More Than 48 Amperes.
(1) Electric Heating Appliances. Electric heating appliances
employing resistance-type heating elements rated more than
48 amperes, other than household appliances with surface
heating elements covered by 422.11(B), and commercial-type
heating appliances covered by 422.11(D), shall have the heating
elements subdivided. Each subdivided load shall not
exceed 48 amperes and shall be protected at not more than
60 amperes.
These supplementary overcurrent protective devices shall be
(1) factory-installed within or on the heater enclosure or provided
as a separate assembly by the heater manufacturer;
(2) accessible; and (3) suitable for branch-circuit protection.
The main conductors supplying these overcurrent protective
devices shall be considered branch-circuit conductors.

Were the 20 ranges residential or commercial? If residential 35kw is correct so you may get 1 or 2 pts back for that

#3 is a tuff one for me since we have no voltage. @144 kw
Since it's 1-4 I would use 480 v
I would choose 4
144000/480/1.732/48= 3.6 up to 4

I would read through 220.55 and .56
Incase you recall some wording.
On my masters I had load on school and the demand for the home eck applied. Note 5 table 220.55
So read through the notes in table 220.55

When I took a psi test there was three ansawer that were not correct.
I was credited. Never leave one blank take beat guess and write a report at the end of the test.
I did this in another state which caused a bunch of issues it took three months to get my results.
Since you missed by two what will it hurt for a review. You can or should be able to get results. I do believe psi allowes you to get what you missed and the ansawer your gave.
The question seam odd to me for a master's test. No voltage. No power factor etc. Mine had all that it wanted VA at given of. Good luck brother.
