Mistake Exam Prep Book and Tape?

Having a little problem with the Tape # 5 and book unit 5 Raceway Outlet boxes and juntion boxes
What is the spare space in an existing 1 inch LFMC
with 2- AWG 10 THW,2 - AWG 12 THW and 1- 12 AWG bare Book and Tape both say the following:
2- 10 THW .0666sq in
2- 12 THW .0520sq in
1- 12 bare stranded .0060
Total .1246 sqin subtract from 1 inch LFMC .3490
and answer is .2244sqin. Only problem is unless im
reading this wrong AWG 12 THW is .0181 seems they took RHW 12 .0260 instead which would make calc
.1088 subtracted from .3490 which is .2402

The error is not in mike holts book, there was a change to the area's listed on that page of the code book. When these changes were made they screwed up the chart down at the bottom left of that page in the codebook. If you need the corrections, get Massachusetts errata update sheet which corrected that problem.
